Coal Authority offer letter to NPTCBC - Tip Management proposal

Further to recent discussions with XXXX , please find attached our proposal to provide tip management services to Neath Port Talbot CBC. Our proposal includes, a review of existing documentation, training and the inspections for seven of the high risk sites identified by yourselves. I have also attached a copy of our standard terms and conditions which details the ‘Consultancy Services’ referred to within this proposal. We will bill on a quarterly basis for the inspections that have taken place in that period commencing with the first inspection and will require payment within 30 days from the date of our invoice.
