I am confused why the former sandstone quarry located up hill from Godre’Graig school is shown as a Coal Spoil tip in cat D on the new published register. Do you have new evidence that it is a Coal Spoil tip as the previous reports indicate that it is not.
Does the site fit the definition of a tip at all?
Please can you provide any correspondence or other communications between a any representative of the Welsh Government and Neath Port Talbot or The Coal Authority or Earth Science Partnership or other any other persons from January 2019 to today with regard to any tip which contains or previously contained the reference number L44.
