WARRANT TO ENTER PREMISES
In the SWANSEA MAGISTRATES COURT
Petty Sessional Division of Swansea
Information on [Oath] [Affirmation], on behalf of the Neath Port Talbot County Borough
Council having been laid before me , one of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the said
that Petty Sessional Division of Swansea on the 10th February 2021 it is necessary that
and any other duly authorised Officer of the said Council should enter the
premises and associated land situated at 191 Graig Road, Godrergraig, Swansea SA9
2NZ in the district of the said Council under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990,
specifically to ascertain whether there is or has been any breach of planning control on the
land or any other land.
And that
it is apprehended that admission to the said premises will be refused
[the premises is unoccupied]
[the occupier is temporarily absent from the premises]
[the case is on of emergency]
[that application for admission would defeat the purpose of entry]
And it having been shown to my satisfaction that the allegations in the said information are
true;
And that there is reasonable ground for entry into the said premises for the purpose
aforesaid;
Now I do by this Warrant authorise the said Council by any authorised Officer to enter the
said Premises within 28 days, if need be by force.
