“We have considered the judgment and concluded that it is not inconsistent with Welsh Government policy and that intervention by the Welsh Government is unlikely to add anything to the Council’s arguments. We weren’t therefore proposing to intervene in this case but understand that the Council has now decided not to appeal the judgement”
